Great Nation Investment Corporation's Business Continuity Plan
Great Nation Investment Corporation has developed a Business Continuity Plan on how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind we are providing you with this information on our business continuity plan.
Contacting Us- If after a significant business disruption you cannot contact us as you usually do at 800-642-4642 or 806-353-6767 you may try to contact us through our email address compliance@greatnation.com . If you cannot access us through either of those means you may contact your agent who will try to assist you. If you are a customer who has a trading account at First Southwest Company in Dallas, Texas you should call our Little Rock Office at 800-486-3007 and you will be helped. If that number should be disrupted then you may call the Main Office at the above numbers or First Southwest Company directly at 800-678-3792. This firm is our clearing firm for customers who trade stock, bonds etc..
Our Business Continuity Plan- We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the firm’s books and records, and allowing our customers to transact business.
Our business continuity plan addresses data backup and recovery, mission critical systems, financial and operational assessments, alternative communications with customers, employees and regulators, banks, regulatory reporting and customer access to their funds if we are unable to continue in business.
Our clearing firm First Southwest Company backs up our stock customer’s information and we have been advised that it has a business continuity plan in place for it’s disruption should that occur.
