Great Nation Investment Corporation is proud to offer this opportunity to retire an interim loan used to purchase and renovate to this lovely 80,000 square foot facility to accommodate the growth of the church.     

Located in the quaint township of Kernersville, North Carolina, dubbed "The Heart of the Triad," Calvary Chapel of the Triad has increased revenues by over 40% in the last two years and increased attendance by more than 76% since 2006.  This church has a debt service ratio of 16.3% and a debt-to-income ratio of 1.75 to 1.
